The Equilibrist® Code of Conduct is the fruit of several years of research, analysis and reflection on the impact of values and behaviours on organisational performance and on personal well-being.
A code of ethical conduct to attain balance and cultivate excellence
This true Code of ethical conduct, much like an honour code for the modern warrior, is a behavioural guideline for individuals and organisations in their quest for excellence. It is equal to the challenges confronting future generations and us.
Essential attitudes for achieving balance
The Code recommends a set of attitudes inspired by principles of balance and exemplary conduct. Though rigorous, the Code is within everyone’s reach. It encourages a sense of individual, collective and universal responsibility in thought, word and deed.
The Equilibrist ® Code of Conduct is introduced and discussed, and then the participants apply it during our training programmes and conferences.
